Each year, we have the opportunity to recognize pharmacy practitioners in Southeastern Michigan for their meaningful contributions to the profession. The Southeastern Michigan Society of Health-System Pharmacists (SMSHP) is now accepting nominations for the following awards, which will be presented at the annual awards banquet on November 11, 2026.

Please share this message with individuals in your department who may wish to nominate a colleague or trainee who has made a significant contribution to health-system pharmacy. Nomination forms for each award are linked to the corresponding award name.

The deadline for Award nominations is Friday, September 25th.
